Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Doc2Go.
Doc2Go is for urgent but non-emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, or a life-threatening condition — call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
1. Our service
Doc2Go arranges visits and online consultations with licensed clinicians registered with the relevant Nigerian regulatory bodies (MDCN, NMCN). Care is provided at the clinician's professional discretion.
2. Bookings & pricing
Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer, USSD, or cash, as offered at the time of booking. Final fees may vary based on the care actually required, and you will be informed before any additional charge.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us. A dispatched-visit fee may apply if a clinician has already been sent to your location.
4. Medical disclaimer
Information on this website is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your treating clinician.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doc2Go is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
